Delivery policy
Our team is committed to having your order assembled within 48 business hours of receiving it, so you can receive it as quickly as possible. However, it is important to note that the carrier may experience certain processing delays over which we have no control. The delivery date estimated by our team could be modified by the carrier or influenced depending on current circumstances.
Shipping by Purolator
All our packages are delivered by Purolator. The tracking number will be sent to you by email when your package is shipped. SF Ranch cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by overflows by the carrier or in the event of breakage or damage caused to your package due to weather conditions. No compensation from SF Ranch will therefore be granted in such cases.
No modification (addition or removal of products) can be made once an order has been shipped.
Delivery costs and times
It is the customer's responsibility to indicate the correct delivery address. In the event of an error, customer service will contact you. Shipping costs may be withheld. This also applies in the case of unclaimed or refused packages.
The fixed delivery costs are $20 with a delay of 2 to 4 working days for Quebec and 6 to 10 working days for the other provinces of Canada. Delivery is free for any purchase of $200 or more.
Items damaged in transit
SF Ranch ensures that the items are shipped in the condition they were in when sold and that they are adequately packaged to avoid any damage during transport. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at sf-ranch@outlook.com so that we can consider possible solutions.
Lost package
If your package is lost, please email us atsf-ranch@outlook.com. We will then be able to follow up on the file. A service ticket will be opened, and an investigation will be carried out. If the package is officially declared lost, your order will be sent to you again at no additional cost. You will be informed throughout the process.

Merchandise return
It is possible to return your merchandise within 15 days of your order receipt date only if it is damaged or contains an error. (Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable). The products must be intact and in their original packaging.
To return your entire order, or certain products, simply send us an email to sf-ranch@outlook.com. Further instructions will be provided.
The refund will be made to your credit card or PayPal account within 1 to 3 business days following receipt of the product at our warehouse and assessment of its condition by a manager.
